Chad is originally from Snellville, Georgia. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration focusing on Real Estate. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2013. Chad has experience in many areas including Real Estate Transactions, Wills Trust and Estates, and Corporate Representation, and focuses his practice on these areas. His goal is to assist his clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their goals in major life decisions.
Lee is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2010 with a degree in Political Science and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. Lee’s practice is focused on the area of Real Estate Transactions and Estate Planning. His goal is to establish himself as a trusted resource for counsel in the biggest decision of his client’s lives.
Stephanie Weissenstein’s practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions, including homebuilder representation, residential real estate closings, and mortgage loan refinances. Stephanie is also is a licensed real estate broker and approved real estate instructor. Ms. Weissenstein has taught various continuing education courses to real estate agents, brokers, and attorneys throughout the state on topics such as agency, contracts, disclosure, and ethics/compliance. Before devoting her time to real estate closings, Ms. Weissenstein’s practice included the defense of professional licensees, including real estate attorneys and real estate licensees, before the S.C. Commission on Lawyer Conduct and the S.C. Labor Licensing and Regulation Real Estate Commission, which gives her a unique perspective to closings. Her professional and civic activities have included the South Carolina Bar Association, Ethics Advisory Committee, Professional Responsibility Committee, S.C. Association of Ethics Counsel, Business Networking International (BNI), National Business Institute- Speaker, Lexington County Chamber of Commerce and Junior League of Columbia.
Gregory is a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2007 with a degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law in 2012 and began his law career in 2013 with a focus on Wills and Estates as his practice area. His goal is to keep clients informed and guide them to the best possible outcomes in their legal matters.
