Stephanie Weissenstein’s practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions, including homebuilder representation, residential real estate closings, and mortgage loan refinances. Ms. Weissenstein has taught various continuing education courses to real estate agents, brokers, and attorneys throughout the state on topics such as agency, contracts, disclosure, and ethics/compliance. Before devoting her time to real estate closings, Ms. Weissenstein’s practice included the defense of professional licensees before the S.C. Commission on Lawyer Conduct and the S.C. Labor Licensing and Regulation Real Estate Commission, which gives her a unique perspective to closings.
